I've always loved makeup and I feel so lucky to do a job I am so passionate about. There’s no better feeling than getting a bride ready for the biggest day of her life. I’ve had the pleasure of working with over 150 brides now and won the Hitched wedding award for Best Makeup Artist in 2023 and 2025!
Additional to weddings I do a lot of occasion makeup and have worked for celebrities on events like the British Soap Awards in 2022. I was also featured in ‘I do’ wedding magazine in 2024. Achievements I’m very proud of.

I completed my training and qualified as a Professional Makeup Artist in 2017 studying level 2 and level 3 in Hair and Media Makeup at Derby College.
I’ve worked with all skin tones, skin types and ages!
Prior to becoming a Freelance Makeup Artist I worked for one of the largest makeup brands, Charlotte Tilbury. Many of my clients love that style of makeup and the products are amazing.

Why I love makeup…
I really enjoy my role as a Makeup Artist. Makeup is a passion of mine which became a dream job. As well as loving makeup I also very much enjoy business and learning about different businesses. I really enjoy being self employed and have learnt a lot along the way. I love the way makeup empowers you to feel your best and do your best! I love working on weddings. It’s always good vibes and you get to be a part of so many special days. I also love seeing what themes couples go for and each and every wedding is so different. I love the power makeup has on peoples confidence and the way you can be so creative with it. But most of all I love glamming up all my clients and making them feel the best version of themselves inside and out.
I would describe myself as being …
Strong- minded, creative, hard working, loving, trustworthy, mature and reliable.
When I’m not working I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, family and friends. I was born with a twin sister.
I would like to think I’m very maternal and love looking after my little cousins. I love to travel and go on holidays to see more of the world. I enjoy going to the gym and going on walks. I love watching all the reality tv programmes from Love Island to Married at first sight. I also love EastEnders.

I enjoy going to makeup events with other Makeup Artist friends in the industry.
My death row meal would be a Sunday dinner with sticky toffee pudding and custard. I have such a sweet tooth and enjoy baking when I get the time.
My top 3 favourite wedding venues are: Grangefields, The West Mill and Makeney Hall - all are in Derbyshire.
I’ve worked at those venues many times, they’re very local for me so no travel fees apply.
